A.19. Format of messages about 

anti-virus scanning and spam 
filtration 

The application provides for a possibility to view separately statistical data of the 
anti-virus component and the Spamtest filter. 
In order to create a file that will contain the statistical data of the AV module and 
the Spamtest filter, specify the value for option MessageStatistics=file name in 
the [smtpgw.options] section of the configuration file. The said statistics file will 
be used to store the information on each processed object. 
Each line in the statistics file created will contain data about one processed 
object using the following format: 
Time \t Size \t Sender \t Recipients \t Status \t VirusList \t IP \t Message-id  
\t GroupName \t QueueID 
E.g.: 

1147261152 28425 <user1@example.com> <user2@another-
domain.com> as/not_detected,av/clean 10.12.10.145

Table 6 contains descriptions of each parameter. If the parameter is optional, the 
corresponding field in the report line may remain blank.
