Recording Movies

 

Q The temperature of the camera may rise if it is used to record movies for an ex-

tended period or if the ambient temperature is high. This is normal and does not 
indicate a malfunction.

 

Q The mode selected may vary with shooting conditions.

 Movie Frame Size
Before recording, select a frame size using the 

W MOVIE SET-UP > MOVIE 

MODE option.

 

i 1920×1080 (60 fps)

Full HD (High Defi nition).

 

i 1920×1080 (30 fps)

 

h 1280×720 (60 fps)

High Defi nition.

Standard defi nition.

High speed movie.  Sound is not recorded, and focus, exposure, and white 
balance are not adjusted automatically.  Black bands appear at the top 
and bottom of movies recorded at
