Protect selected pictures.

  Scroll left or right (or tap the pictures to the left 

or right) to select the desired picture.

 Tap SET to protect the picture.  If the picture is 

already protected, tapping RESET will remove 
protection from the image.

  Repeat steps 1–2 to protect additional images.  

Tap BACK to exit when the operation is com-
plete.

or tap BACK to exit without 
changing picture status.

from all pictures, or tap BACK

If  the  number  of  pictures  af-
fected  is  very  large,  the  dis-
play at right will appear in the 
monitor while the operation 
is in progress.  Tap BACK to exit before the opera-
tion is complete.

3 Caution
Protected pictures will be deleted when the memory 
card or internal memory is formatted (pg. 75).

Protect pictures from accidental deletion.  The following options are available.
