– use to view the system status, menu options,

problem messages, and fault codes

 – use to view listed options in a menu

 – use to step through the Printer menus

– use this button to change the system status from on-

line to off-line and back again

 – use this button to Clear an entry, Stop a

procedure or Cancel an operation and to return to the READY menu

– use this button to select options displayed on the

screen

 – this indicator is lit when an error has occurred

 – this indicator is lit when Printer is processing

a job
