Use Eco
‑Mode to quickly select one or more ways to reduce your printer's environmental impact.

From the printer control panel, navigate to:

Reduce energy use, especially when the printer is idle.

Using Hibernate mode
Hibernate is an ultra
‑low‑power operating mode. When operating in Hibernate mode, all other systems and devices
are powered down safely.
Note: Hibernate mode can be scheduled. For more information, see “Using Schedule Power Modes” on page 88.
Using the Embedded Web Server

Open a Web browser, and then type the printer IP address in the address field.

View the printer IP address in the TCP/IP section in the Network/Ports menu. The IP address appears as four
sets of numbers separated by periods, such as 123.123.123.123.
