After you have verified that no items presented in Package Contents, on 
page 13, are missing, you are now ready to install your AXIS 540/640.

Follow the instructions below to install the AXIS 540/640 in your 
environment:

1. Start the procedure by connecting the AXIS 540/640 to your 

network and printer as described in the following table:

 

2. When the AXIS 540/640 is successfully connected, proceed to the 

Installation Guide, on page 25, where you will find further 
information about how to install and integrate the AXIS 540/640 
in your network environments.
