Loading 250-sheet trays
Follow these instructions to load paper into a 250-sheet tray.

Remove the tray, and then set it on a flat surface.

Remove the tray cover.

Squeeze the front guide lever and slide the guide to the front of
the tray.

Slide the side guides toward the edges of the tray.

Flex the sheets back and forth to loosen them, and then fan
them.

Place the paper against the back of the tray, print side up.
Do not load bent or wrinkled paper.

Do not exceed the maximum stack height indicated

Slide the side guides until they lightly touch the stack of paper.

Squeeze the front guide lever and slide it back until it touches

correct indicator for the paper size loaded.

Make sure the edges of the paper fit underneath the extension

Replace the tray cover.

Insert the tray.

Adjust the paper size dial to match the size of the paper loaded
in the tray.
