Using Your Printer
Parallel Menu
Use the PARALLEL MENU to change settings affecting jobs sent to 
the printer through the parallel interface connection. The 
PARALLEL MENU item displays as a standard feature or as an 
option, and appears as one of the following:
• 
STD PARALLEL
• 
PARALLEL OPT 1
Parallel Option 1 displays if a parallel option card is installed on 
the printer system board. The following menu items set the 
configuration of the parallel interface connection:

parallel interface connection and selects PCL 5 emulation, if the data
