As stated in the Software End User License Agreement, each individual Named
User must be specifically identified as the sole holder of a Named User License.
The sharing of the Named User License by more than one individual is
expressly prohibited. In addition, Named User License(s) may not be transferred
from one individual to another unless the original End User no longer requires,
and is no longer permitted, access to the program. This means that you must
ensure that the number of individual users of your application does not exceed
the number of Named User Licenses that you have purchased.
