Improve EAS Performance
You must identify the MMM out-of-band (MMM OOB) carousel data rate that works
best for your system. This section provides a procedure for verifying and modifying
the MMM OOB carousel data rate on the DNCS (if necessary) to improve EAS
performance.

Verifying MMM Server Performance
Follow these steps to verify the configuration and performance of the MMM Server.
1 Send a test EAS message with audio to a selected destination.

Result: A list of AIFF files in the /dvs/dvsFiles/MMM directory appears.
Important: Complete this procedure immediately after sending an EAS message
with audio. The AIFF file will only exist in the directory when you send an EAS
message with audio, and this message is still active. The system removes this file
when the EAS message terminates.
