To have a toolbar title display on a floating toolbar, enable the Show title when

toolbar is floating check box in the toolbar customization dialog box.

To rename a toolbar

1 Click Tools } Customize.
2 Open the Customization menu.
3 Click Toolbar.
4 Select a toolbar.
5 Press F2.
6 Type a new name.

You cannot rename system-defined toolbars.

To delete a toolbar

1 Click Tools } Customize.
2 Open the Customization menu.
3 Click Toolbar.
4 Select a toolbar.
5 Click Delete.

You cannot delete system-defined toolbars.

To reset a toolbar

1 Click Tools } Customize.
2 Open the Customization menu.
3 Click Toolbar.
4 Select a toolbar.
5 Click Reset.

You can only reset a system-defined toolbar.

To display a graphic or text on a toolbar button

1 Right-click a button on a toolbar, and click Customize } Toolbar item.
2 Enable one of the following display options:

You can revert the toolbar button to its original display setting by right-clicking on

the button, and clicking Customize } Toolbar item } Default.
