To turn ON/OFF the high speed monitor latch command (RMONR), set
SSC_CMDBIT_AX_RMONR to the command bit number of the
sscSetCommandBitSignalEx function.
When using the monitor function (when monitoring the system information),
use SSC_CMDBIT_SYS_SMON.
