Connection to Ethernet
(1) Setting in the Ethernet adapter module
Set the IP address of the Ethernet adapter module (Ethernet part) using the configuration tool.

Start up the configuration tool using a Web browser. (

Open the "Parameter Setting" dialog box in the configuration tool to set the parameters as follows.

Set the IP address and subnet mask pattern of the Ethernet adapter module (Ethernet part).

Follow the steps described on Page 115, Section 7.3.4 (2) to write the set parameters to the
Ethernet adapter module.
