This chapter describes the procedure to be taken before operating the Ethernet adapter module.
4.1
Start-Up Procedure
The following shows how to start up the system where the Ethernet adapter module is used.

Installation
Mount the module to the DIN rail, and wire the power supply part.
Setting on the master station
Ethernet cable connection
Connect Ethernet cables to the Ethernet adapter module.
Unit test
Check the Ethernet adapter module for hardware failure.
Set parameters for connection to CC-Link IE Field Network and
