5.4 Separator section
This section consists of the decurling bar, pull roller, twin knives, snapping assembly and the
stacking table. The separator section runs in conjunction with the laminator and feeder sections.

5.4.1 The decurling bar

CAUTION: Do not wear ties, loose fit clothing or dangling jewelry. These items
can get caught the rollers while working around or loading film.
The decurling bar applies or removes curl from the paper sheet following the lamination of
film on the paper by the chrome roller.

WARNING: The chrome roller may be hot. Contact will result in severe burns!
