Mis-pick or paper jam frequently occurs.

• Does the paper have

curled edges?

• Is the paper stack

uneven?

Are pick rollers,
separation roller,
brake roller, pad or
paper path dirty?

Smooth out the curled paper
or reduce document stack in
hopper.
