To set a new event, tap 

 and select New Event to enter the New Event screen. 

1   Tap the Title, Location and Notes fields to enter the title of the event, where it will be held 

and any notes associated with it. 

2   Tap Date to enter the date of the event. 

3   Tap the pull-down selection box to select Set Time or select No Time. 

4   Tap Start: to set start time. 

5   Tap End: to set end time. 

6   Tap the Reminder Alarm pull-down selection box Alarm to select the time of reminder alert.  

Your options are: 

•  No Alarm 
•  On Time 
•  1 Minute before 

•  5 minutes before 
•  10 minutes before 
•  15 minutes before 

•  30 minutes before 
•  1 hour before  
•  1 day before 

7   Tap the Repeat pull-down selection box to setup whether it is a repetitive event and how often 

it repeats. Your options are: 

•  Never 
•  Daily 

•  Weekly 
•  Monthly 

•  Yearly

to options. In addition you can also select Setup.
