1. Access Personal Settings.

2. Dial your extension number, or 

 for this extension.

3. Enter your password, if required, then press 

.

4. Press 

 

for Additional Settings menu.

5. Press 

 to go into Default Language setup.

6. Follow prompts to set the Current Language as desired.

The Automated Attendant System Greetings for both Day mode 
and After Hours mode come pre-set from the factory. 

If you wish to create your own bilingual System Greeting, or 
customize the greeting in any other way, see “Automated Atten-
dant Greetings” on page19 for instructions to do so.

You may even wish to have a greeting as short as this:

. Pour continuer en francais, faites le .”

BizTouch 3: Press SETUP, select
SETTINGS, press ENTER. Phone must 
be hung up. If it is not, press FORWARD.

BizTouch 2 or BizTouch 1: Press
SETTINGS.
