EXIT  MENU

The DV camera can also function as an MP3 player,

allowing you to play downloaded MP3 music files, like a

regular MP3 player. Before starting MP3 playback,

make sure the MP3 music files are already in memory.

Otherwise, transfer MP3 music files from your computer

with a supplied USB cable.
To play MP3 files:
1. In Playback mode, press the MENU button.
2. Use the  /  to select the

Music menu ( ).

A music note icon appears on

the screen.

3. To listen to music through

earphones, connect the

supplied earphones to the

Earphone/TV-out connector of

the DV camera.

A screen appears, allowing you

to switch between Earphone

mode and TV-out mode.

4. Press the   button, then press

the OK button to enter

Earphone mode .

A list of MP3 files stored on the

DV camera appears.

5. Use the  /  button to select a music track to be

played.

6. Press the   ( ) button to start MP3 playback.

During MP3 playback, you can also do the following:

Press   ( ) to pause MP3 playback.

•

Press   ( ) to continue MP3 playback.

•

Press  /  ( / ) to increase or decrease the volume.

•

Press   ( ) to stop MP3 playback.
