Sample print
When print copies are massive, you can print a single copy in advance to check
appropriateness of the printing order of the selected documents and the printing
conditions.

Important
❒ This feature is enabled when the sort function is selected in the printing conditions.

Select the document to be printed.
When a password is set, enter it and then press [OK].

Press the {Sample Copy} key.
Only one copy will be printed.

❒ You can search for the target document using, in step

or [Search by File Name] situated in the upper left side of the screen.
❒ In the display order field of step
, you can sort the documents by [User

, [File Name], [Date]. Press the item to be used for the sorting.
❒ To cancel the selection in step
, press the highlighted document again.
❒ Press [Suspend] to cancel printing and return to the Print Settings menu to
change settings.
