Kingston Technology 128MB 100MHz Non-ECC CL3 DIMM KVR100X64C3/128 データシート

This document describes ValueRAM's 16M x 64-bit (128MB), CAS Latency 3 (CL3)
SDRAM (Synchronous DRAM) 100MHz memory module. The components on this module
include sixteen 8M x 8-bit (2M x 8-bit x 4 Bank / PC100 components)  SDRAM in TSOP
packages. This 168-pin DIMM uses gold contact fingers and requires +3.3V. The electrical
and mechanical specifications are as follows:
