Herewith we declare that our combined PMR 446 and LPD transceiver: 

 

corresponds to our Technical Construction Files and Test Reports and is conform to all relevant essential requirements of the 
R&TTE-Directive 1999 / 5 / EC. According to Annex III of the R&TTE Directive the following harmonized standards and 
essential  radio  test  suites,  published  in  the  "Official  Journal"  of  the  European  communities,  have  been  used  to 
demonstrate the conformity of the product: 
 
                                   Radio and Spectrum engineering parameters: EN 300 296- 2 V 1.1.1, EN 300 220- 2 V 2.1.1 

 

The product can be used according to ERC- Recommendations/ Decisions: 

  
The product is classified as R&TTE Equipment Class 2 and is intended to be used in A, D, NL. This version has a 
fixed magnetic mount antenna connection with non replaceable cable. Use of this radio is free of individual license and 
charges in the above mentioned and eventually other countries, which allow the use of 433 MHz LPD/ SRD devices 
for speech applications.  
Sales is restricted to those countries, where the distributor can supply a user manual in the country’s official language.
