No weld output – no 115 VAC at the receptacle.50No welding output. The 115 VAC is present at the receptacle.51No output from the machine in either Stick or TIG modes. The thermal light is on.52The machine does not respond (no gas flow, no high frequency and no open circuit voltage) when the arc start switch or Amptrol is activated. The thermal light is not lit.52The machine does not have welding output in the Stick mode. The machine operates correctly in the TIG mode.53The machine has welding output in the Stick mode but no output in the TIG mode. ( no gas flow or high frequency).53The machine welds at a very low output regardless of the current control setting.53The machine welds at a very high output regardless of the current control setting.54Accessories plugged into the volt receptacle do not work.54The machine makes a very loud buzzing noise in DC Stick or in DC TIG modes. There is no current draw from the machine’s output terminals. (The machine is not externally loaded).55The machine output is intermittently lost. Gas flow and high frequency are also interrupted.56No gas or water flow (with optional water solenoid) when the arc start switch or Amptrol is activated in the TIG mode. All other machine functions are normal.56No high frequency. The machine is in the TIG mode and has normal output.57The High frequency is on continuously in DC TIG or shuts off in AC TIG.57High frequency “spark” is present but weak.58Poor arc starting in the DC TIG mode.58The high frequency “spark” is present at the tungsten electrode, but the operator is unable to establish a welding arc. The machine has a normal open circuit voltage. Refer to Technical Specifications in the Installation section.59When AC TIG welding, the arc is erratic and there is a loss of “cleaning” of the work piece.59Arc “pulsates” in AC polarity. DC TIG is OK.59The stick electrode “blasts-off” when touched to the work piece.60Variable or sluggish welding arc when welding in the Stick mode.60The meter does not display V (volt) or minimum current.61The AC wave balance control does not function properly.62Gas pre-flow and post-flow time is too long.62The meter does not display V (volt) or minimum current.63The meter does not light up. Other machine functions are OK.63Section G - Electrical Diagrams109サイズ: 6.25MBページ数: 140Language: Englishマニュアルを開く
