Service Information
In the event that your UP4000 Series amplifier
should require servicing, please follow these

7404, 8 am to 5 pm PST (Monday-Friday), to verify
the problem and obtain a Return Authorization (RA)

BOLD PRINT on the top of the box.
5. Ship the unit to us. We suggest insurance for all
