Recharge the Battery Pack with the compact power adapter before you use the camera for 

the first time

. 

 

1.  Put the battery pack inside the camera body. 

2.  Connect the DC plug of the power adapter to the camera’s DC-IN in terminal. Plug the 

other end of the adapter into a power outlet. 

3.  A green-light indicator is on, that mean charging is on the way. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The following icons indicate the battery status on the LCD monitor. These icons will not 

appear while the camera is powered with a compact power adapter. 

 

  Sufficient battery charge 

  Low battery 

  Replace or recharge battery

 

 

The charge indicator will light red while the battery pack is charging. It will 
change to a steady green when the charge is complete.
