If your printer has a problem, first make sure:

The power supply is plugged into your printer and an electrical outlet.

The USB cable is securely attached to your set-top box or your 
computer and to your printer.

The sticker and transparent tape covering the bottom of each cartridge 
is removed.

Your printer is turned on.

If all of the lights are blinking, there may be a paper jam.

Press the power button to turn the printer off.

Look for a paper jam in the:

Exit tray

Paper tray

Side door area.
