Defrosting
Refrigerator compartment
defrosts fully automatically
While the refrigerating unit is running,
beads of condensation or hoarfrost form
at the back of the refrigerator
compartment. This is quite normal. It
is not necessary to wipe off the
condensation or frost. The rear panel

Defrosting the freezer
compartment
The freezer compartment does not
defrost automatically, otherwise
the frozen food would start thawing.
A layer of frost in the freezer
compartment impairs refrigeration
of the frozen food and increases power
consumption. Remove the layer of
hoarfrost regularly.
