End User License Agreement
– is an agreement between natural or legal person lawfully in possession of a copy of an
application. The EULA is included in each Kaspersky Lab application. It contains a detailed description of rights and
Kaspersky Anti-Virus usage restrictions.

According to the EULA, when you purchase and install a Kaspersky Lab application, you get an unlimited right to own its

License is a right to use Kaspersky Anti-Virus and the related additional services offered by Kaspersky Lab or its
partners.

Each license is defined by its expiry date and a type.
License term
– a period during which the additional services are offered:
technical support;
updating databases and application modules.
The services provided depend on the license type.
The following license types are provided:
Trial
– a free license with a limited validity period, for example, 30 days, offered to get familiar with Kaspersky
Anti-Virus.
A trial license can only be used once and cannot be used after a commercial license!
A trial license is supplied with the trial version of the application. If you have a trial license, you can only contact
Technical Support Service if your question is about activating the product or purchasing a commercial license.
As soon as the trial license expires, all Kaspersky Anti-Virus features become disabled. To continue using the
application, you should activate it (see section "How to activate the application" on page
