Items in the program list are listed below.

Key name

Key name.

Program name

Up to 15 characters

Type of communication

“Group” indicates that the Program key is programmed as a group key.

“POP” indicates that the Program key is programmed as a Email Manual 

Reception key.

“XMT” indicates that the Program key is programmed as a Deferred Transmit 

key or Sub Address Transmit key.

“Poll” indicates that the Program key is programmed as a Deferred Polling 

key or Polling key.

“Conf. Poll” indicates that the Program key is programmed as a Confidential 

Polling key.

“Conf. XMT” indicates that the Program key is programmed as a Confidential 

Transmit key.

Destinations

Destinations programmed into the Program key.

(5)

Deletion of received Email

“Valid” means that the received Email will be deleted.

“Invalid” means that the received Email will be retained.
