16.1 Side Trim Assembly
Slide the corner connection plates into the channels in the top
section and one of the side sections. Butt the two sections
together. Fit four grub screws in the corner plates and tighten to
secure the sections together as shown in fi gure 16.1a.
Repeat for the other corner(s).
Attach the two shroud mounting brackets to the back of the
trim’s side sections with three screws for each side as shown in
fi gure 16.1b.
3-sided trim: The brackets will mount fl ush to the bottom of
each side section.
4-sided trim: The brackets will mount fl ush to the bottom inside
corner
section and one of the side sections. Butt the two sections
together. Fit four grub screws in the corner plates and tighten to
secure the sections together as shown in fi gure 16.1a.
Repeat for the other corner(s).
Attach the two shroud mounting brackets to the back of the
trim’s side sections with three screws for each side as shown in
fi gure 16.1b.
3-sided trim: The brackets will mount fl ush to the bottom of
each side section.
4-sided trim: The brackets will mount fl ush to the bottom inside
corner
of each side section.
Attach the complete trim unit to the fi rebox with four screws as
shown in fi gure 16.1c

Secure the Standard Front to the front of the unit by hanging on
the 4 metal tabs to the shroud mounting brackets as highlighted in
detail A of fi gure 16.2a

Hook the bottom casting unit to the second space from the
bottom on the shroud mounting brackets at the fi rebox sides as
shown on fi gure 16.3a.
Hook the top casting unit to the top space on the shroud
mounting brackets at the fi rebox sides as shown in fi gure 16.3b.

Hook the top casting unit to the top space on the shroud
