1. Open the protective cap.

2. Connect one end of the power adaptor to the power jack of your device.

3. Plug the other end of the power adaptor to the wall outlet to start charging.

Use only the supplied power adaptor to charge the battery. Using other power 

adaptor not authorized by the manufacturer may damage the device and void 
the warranty. The device battery can also be charged using the dock cradle 
(optional, see “Dock Cradle” on page 31).

When the battery is charging:

The status LED lights red

•

When the device is turned on, the 

 icon is displayed on the top-right corner of 

the screen.
