Purpose
Selects odd dot plot mode to print dots in odd numbered dot
columns for normal density plotting.

Comment
The Odd Dot Plot control code can occur anywhere in the data
line before the line terminator. It defines certain data between
the next and last paper motion commands as odd dot plot data.
