All read in inbox (Menu 2-1-7-2)
You can erase all the messages archived in 
inbox except the unread message.
All in outbox  (Menu 2-1-7-3)
You can erase all the messages archived in 
outbox.
All in archive (Menu 2-1-7-4)
You can delete all messages archived in ar-
chive.
Voice messages 
(Menu 2-2)
Listen to msg. (Menu 2-2-1)
You can connect to the voice mailbox and 
listen to voice message.
View voice mail (Menu 2-2-2)
You can check indicating a voice message 
received.
Clear voice mail (Menu 2-2-3)
You can erase the voice message receiving 
record and icon.
Call register
(Menu 3) 
You can check the call records of the phone. 
If pressing Options at 
Missed calls
Re-
ceived calls
 or 
Dialed calls
, you can select 
the following functions:
• Call time
You can check the call time in a unit of 
dates, hours, minutes, seconds.
• Edit number
You can modify the selected number 
and make a call or save it in the phone 
book.
• Save
You can save the selected number in 
the phone book with a new name.
• Add number
You can add the selected number to 
the existing names of the phone book.
• Erase
You can delete the selected number.
• View number
You can see the number of the selected 
name. It disaplys when you make a call 
to the name saved in the phone book or 
receive a call from that.
NOTE: 
Only if you are subscribed 
to caller ID service, caller’s num-
ber can be displayed in the missed 
calls and received calls list. In 
case of the item of Missed calls 
and Received calls which the 
Caller ID is not displayed on, 
there’re just Call time and Erase.
Missed calls (Menu 3-1)
This function allows you to view a list of 
the last ten phone numbers from which 
somebody has tried to call you with no 
success.
