Mobile network sharing

Learn to set your device as a wireless 
modem or wireless access point for PCs 
or other devices, and share your device’s 
mobile network connection.

In Idle mode, open the application list 
and select Settings > Wireless & 
networks > Portable hotspot.

Select Portable Wi-Fi hotspot to 
activate the WLAN hotspot.

Select Portable Wi-Fi hotspot settings.

Select Configure Wi-Fi hotspot to 
customise the WLAN hotspot:
Network SSID - View and edit the device 
name that will be shown to external 
devices.
Security - Select the security type.

Connect the phone to your PC using the 
USB cable.

USB connection mode list will appear.
