The camcorder adjusts the shutter speed to get bright images without losing colour when 
recording a slowly moving subject or in a dark place.

Select the Video record (

) mode by pressing the MODE button.

1.  Touch the Menu (

) tab 

 “Super C.Nite”  touch the desired 

submenu item.

2.  To exit the menu, touch the Return (

) tab.

Off: Disables the function. 
Normal (

): 

The shutter opens for 1/50 of a second in the normal 
mode and automatically switches to open for 1/25 of a 
second in a dark place. Use this function to get bright 
images in a dark place. 

):  The shutter opens for 1/13 of a second regardless of 

surrounding conditions, the normal mode. Use this 
function to get bright images in a darker place.

When the Super C.Nite is set to Super, the video resolution will be changed automatically as below. 
- 1080/50i, 

1080/25p 

 Automatically set to 1080/25p

- 720/50p 

 Automatically set to 720/25p

- 576/50p 

 Automatically set to 576/25p
