Lifetime Guarantee
Imation offers you lifetime guarantee on all the Imation Toner products. The 3rd Party supplier is a company for print consumables
certified in compliance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2000. It maintains a quality management system which specifies compatibility with the
respective OEM article for all new articles and constant high quality.

certified in compliance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2000. It maintains a quality management system which specifies compatibility with the
respective OEM article for all new articles and constant high quality.
Quality Assurance: Initially all empty cartridges are separated into their individual parts and carefully cleaned. All parts required for
actual printing are replaced with the appropriate new parts to guarantee constant high quality. Then the cartridges are filled, assembled and subjected to a printing test.
In addition, continuous printing tests are also carried out in parallel to ensure a high yield and long service life.
Lifetime Warranty: Imation guarantees that the product that you purchased does not exhibit errors in material and processing over its entire life span. As toner cartridges
have a limited durability, this warranty shall apply until the durability date of the product as indicated on the product. If there is no durability date on the packaging, a
guarantee period of two years from the purchase date shall apply.
Exclusions: This warranty does not apply to (1) any physical damage to the surface of the product including but not limited to cracks or scratches; (2) any damage caused
by misuse, neglect, improper installation or testing, attempts to open, repair or otherwise to modify the product, or any other cause beyond the scope of the use as a normal
printer cartridge for printer (s) as may be indicated on the packaging; (3) damages caused by accident, fire, power changes, other hazards and acts of God.
