Verify the Team creation. When the Team creation is complete, the Teaming 
Management tab in the QLogic Advanced Network Configuration Service 
dialog box shows the formed Team (

If your system already has a NIC driver installed, and the version number is earlier 
than 4.0.517, you must remove this driver before installing the latest NIC driver.

To uninstall the old driver:

1.

Right-click Computer, and then click Manage.

2.

Select Server Manager, select Diagnostics, and then select Device 
Manager.
