PC Suite

Vous pouvez synchroniser votre ordinateur avec votre
téléphone afin de vous assurer que toutes les informations
importantes et les dates concordent. Pour avoir l’esprit
tranquille, vous pouvez aussi sauvegarder vos fichiers.

Installation de LG PC Suite sur votre ordinateur

Appuyez sur

Menu, sélectionnez Réglages, puis

Connectivité.
Sélectionnez

Connexion USB et cliquez sur PC Suite.

Connectez le téléphone à l’ordinateur à l’aide un câble

USB et patientez. Le guide d’installation affiche un
message.
Suivez les instructions à l’écran pour terminer l’Assistant

du programme d’installation de LG PC Suite.
Une fois l’installation terminée, l’icône LG PC Suite

apparaît sur le Bureau.

Connexion du téléphone à votre ordinateur

Sélectionnez le

mode PC Suite dans le menu

Connectivité, puis reliez votre téléphone et votre
ordinateur à l’aide du câble USB.
Le programme LG PC Suite est automatiquement activé

sur votre PC.
Votre téléphone est à présent connecté à votre ordinateur.

Réglages

Modification de vos profils

Vous pouvez personnaliser chaque profil via le menu
Réglages.
1 Appuyez sur Menu et sélectionnez Réglages.
2 Choisissez les profils que vous souhaitez modifier dans

le menu Options.

3 Vous pouvez alors modifier toutes les options de son

et d’alerte disponibles dans la liste, dont les réglages
Sonnerie, Volume, Alerte message, etc.

Mesures touchant à la sécurité
• Dans certains lieux ou situations tels que les avions, les hôpitaux, les

stations services, et les garages professionnels, l’usage du téléphone est

interdit. Il est donc impératif de respecter strictement les consignes de

sécurité propres à chacune de ces situations et d’éteindre votre téléphone

lorsque cela est requis.

• Par ailleurs, pour éviter les risques d’interférences, les personnes

porteuses d’implants électroniques (stimulateurs cardiaques, pompes à

insuline, neurostimulateurs...) doivent conserver une distance de 15 cm

entre le mobile et l’implant et ne l’utiliser que du côté opposé au côté où

celui-ci est situé.

• Téléphoner en conduisant, même avec des équipements qui ne sont pas

interdits par la réglementation, est dangereux. Cela augmente le risque

d’accident provenant de la distraction créée par la conversation elle même.

Aussi est-il interdit de téléphoner en conduisant et l’utilisation d’un kit

Informations sur la batterie et précautions d’usage
Il n’est pas nécessaire de décharger complètement la batterie avant de la

recharger. Contrairement aux autres batteries, elle n’a pas d’effet mémoire

pouvant compromettre ses performances.

Utilisez uniquement les batteries et chargeurs LG. Les chargeurs LG sont

conçus pour optimiser la durée de vie de votre batterie.
Ne démontez pas et ne courtcircuitez pas la batterie.
Les contacts métalliques de la batterie doivent toujours rester propres.
Procédez au remplacement de la batterie lorsque celle-ci n’offre plus des

performances acceptables. La batterie peut être rechargée des centaines de

fois avant qu’un remplacement ne soit nécessaire.
Rechargez la batterie en cas de non-utilisation prolongée afin d’optimiser sa

durée d’utilisation.
N’exposez pas le chargeur de la batterie au rayonnement direct du soleil. Ne

l’utilisez pas non plus dans des lieux très humides, tels qu’une salle de bains.

Profil : permet de sélectionner le mur et de modifier son
statut. Visualisez vos informations détaillées dans Infos et
téléchargez ou prenez une photo dans Photos.
Amis : les services de réseaux sociaux vous permettent de
retrouver de nombreux amis et de visualiser leur statut. Pour
rechercher vos amis sur Facebook, sélectionnez l’onglet
Rechercher.
Messages : permet d’afficher tous les messages de votre
espace social. Affichez le dossier Messages/Envoyés.

Twitter

Twitter est un réseau social et un service de micro-blogging
gratuit.

Appuyez sur

Menu et sélectionnez Social network.

Sélectionnez

Twitter.

REMARQUE : La connexion à des services en ligne et
leur utilisation peuvent impliquer un surcoût. Vérifiez le
coût des données auprès de votre opérateur.

Association à un autre périphérique Bluetooth

Lorsque vous associez le LG-A310 à un autre périphérique,
le téléphone crée un mot de passe par défaut à chaque fois
que vous le connectez à un autre téléphone via Bluetooth.

Assurez-vous que votre Bluetooth est Activé et Visible. Le

menu Réglages vous permet de modifier votre visibilité, en
sélectionnant

Visibilité puis Visible.

Sélectionnez

Rechercher un nouveau périphérique

dans le menu Bluetooth.
Votre LG-A310 recherche des périphériques. Lorsque la

recherche est terminée, les options Ajouter et Actualiser
apparaissent à l’écran.

Changing Your Bluetooth Settings

1    Press Menu and select Settings.
2   Select Connectivity and choose Bluetooth.

hide your device to others.

Supported services - Shows what services are

supported.

My address - View your Bluetooth address.

Pairing with Another Bluetooth Device

By pairing your S300 and another device, your handset will

create a password by default every time you connect to

another handset via Bluetooth.
1 Check your Bluetooth is On and Visible. You can change

your visibility in the Settings menu by selecting My

phone’s visibility and then Visible.

2 Select Active devices from the Bluetooth menu.

3 Your S300 will search for devices. When the search is

complete, Add and Refresh will appear on the screen.

4 Choose the device you want to pair with, select Add, enter

the passcode and then press the

Center key. When you

have chosen a device you want to pair with, the handset

will then create a password by default every time you

connect.

5 Your phone will then connect to the other device. The

same passcode will need to be entered on this device.

6 Your passcode-protected Bluetooth connection is now

ready.

Installing LG PC Suite on Your Computer

1 Go to www.lgmobile.com, select from “Europe”, “Middle

East”, “Africa”, “Americas”, “CIS” and “Asia & Pacific” and

then select your country.

2 From the Products menu, select Manual & Software and

click

Download Section. Click Yes, and the LG PC Suite

installer will then appear. (Windows XP, Windows Media

Player and more are supported).

Exposure to Radio Frequency Energy

Radio Wave Exposure and Specific Absorption Rate (SAR)

Information
This S300 mobile phone model has been designed to

comply with the applicable safety requirements for exposure

to radio waves. These requirements are based on scientific

guidelines that include safety margins designed to ensure

the safety of all users, regardless of age and health.
• The radio wave exposure guidelines employ a unit of

measurement known as the Specific Absorption Rate,

or SAR. SAR tests are conducted using standardized

methods with the phone transmitting at its highest

certified power level in all used frequency bands.

• While there may be differences between the SAR levels for

various LG phone models, they are all designed to meet

the relevant guidelines for exposure to radio waves.

• The SAR limit recommended by the International

Commission on Non-Ionizing Radiation Protection (ICNIRP)

is 2 W/kg averaged over 10 g of tissue.

• The highest SAR value for this phone model tested by

DASY4 for use close to the ear is 0.000 W/kg (10 g), and

when worn on the body is 0.000 W/kg (10 g).

• SAR data information for residents in countries/regions

that have adopted the SAR limit recommended by the

Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE),

Product Care and Maintenance

Emergency Calls

Emergency calls may not be available under all mobile

Battery Information and Care

• You do not need to completely discharge the battery

no memory effect that could compromise the battery’s

performance.

• Use only LG batteries and chargers. LG chargers are

an incorrect type.

• Dispose of used batteries according to the manufacturer’s

Gmail

Gmail is configured when you first set up your phone.

Depending on your synchronization settings, Gmail on your

phone is automatically synchronized with your Gmailaccount

on the web.The Inbox conversations list is your default

Gmail view.

You can launch the WAP browser and access the homepage

of the activated profile on web settings. You can also

manually enter a URL address and access the associated

followed by Connect.

Your S300 has SNS that lets you enjoy and manage your

Twitter is a free social networking and micro-blogging

service.
1 Press Menu and select Social network.
2 Select Twitter.

NOTE: An additional costs may be incurred when

connecting and using online services. Check your data

Connectivity

Changing your connectivity settings

USB connection mode
1 Mass storage: Select Mass storage and connect the

handset to your computer. You can then drag and drop

files to the S300 removable device folder.

2 Data service: Select Data service and connect the

handset to your computer in PC Sync mode.

3 Always ask: Selecting this option will allow you to choose

which method to use every time you connect your

handset to your computer.

• Do not subject this unit to mechanical vibration or shock.
• Switch off the phone in any area where you are required

by special regulations. For example, do not use your

phone in hospitals as it may affect sensitive medical

equipment.

• Do not handle the phone with wet hands while it is

being charged. It may cause an electric shock and can

seriously damage your phone.

• Do not charge a handset near flammable material as the

handset can become hot and create a fire hazard.

• Use a dry cloth to clean the exterior of the unit (do not

use solvents such as benzene, thinner or alcohol).

•   Do not charge the phone when it is on soft furnishings.
•   The phone should be charged in a well-ventilated area.
•   Do not subject this unit to excessive smoke or dust.
•   Do not keep the phone next to credit cards or transport

tickets; it can affect the information on the magnetic

strips.

without requesting permission. Avoid placing the phone

recommend that you do not turn the handset on or off when

it is close to your ear. We also recommend that music and

call volumes are set to a reasonable level.

Do not use the phone where blasting is in progress. Observe

restrictions, and follow the rules and regulations.

Pairing with Another Bluetooth Device

By pairing your S300 and another device, your handset will

create a password by default every time you connect to

another handset via Bluetooth.
1 Check your Bluetooth is On and Visible. You can change

your visibility in the Settings menu by selecting My

phone’s visibility and then Visible.

2 Select Active devices from the Bluetooth menu.

3 Your S300 will search for devices. When the search is

complete, Add and Refresh will appear on the screen.

4 Choose the device you want to pair with, select Add, enter

the passcode and then press the

Center key. When you

have chosen a device you want to pair with, the handset

will then create a password by default every time you

connect.

5 Your phone will then connect to the other device. The

same passcode will need to be entered on this device.

Remarque : Code de sécurité

Le code de sécurité empêche toute utilisation non autorisée

de votre téléphone. Le code de sécurité par défaut est

« 0000 ». Ce code vous est demandé pour supprimer

l’ensemble des entrées du téléphone et activer le menu

Réinit. réglages. Le code de sécurité est également

nécessaire pour activer ou désactiver la fonction de

verrouillage du téléphone, afin d’empêcher toute utilisation

frauduleuse de votre téléphone. Le code de sécurité

par défaut peut être modifié dans le menu

Réinitialisation de votre téléphone

Utilisez

Réinit. réglages pour restaurer tous les paramètres

à leur valeur d’usine par défaut. Pour activer cette fonction,
le code de sécurité est nécessaire.

Cette fonctionnalité vous permet de mettre à jour le
micrologiciel de votre téléphone et de télécharger la version
la plus récente depuis Internet, sans faire appel à un centre
de services.
La mise à jour du micrologiciel du téléphone mobile requiert
l’attention complète de l’utilisateur pendant toute la durée du
processus. Assurez-vous de bien lire toutes les instructions
et remarques qui s’affichent à chaque étape avant de
continuer. Attention : enlever le câble USB ou la batterie
durant la mise à jour logicielle peut gravement endommager
votre téléphone mobile.

Votre téléphone portable est un émetteurrécepteur radio. Il a été conçu

et fabriqué de manière à respecter les limites recommandées par les

directives internationales (ICNIRP) en matière d’exposition aux fréquences

radioélectriques. Ces limites font partie d’un ensemble de directives et

déterminent les niveaux autorisés d’énergie FR pour la population. Ces

directives ont été établies par des organismes scientifiques indépendants

à partir d’évaluations complètes et régulières issues d’études scientifiques.

Ces directives comprennent des marges de sécurité destinées à garantir

la sécurité de toutes les personnes, quels que soient leur âge et condition

physique.
Les recommandations relatives à l’exposition aux ondes radio utilisent une

unité de mesure appelée DAS (débit d’absorption spécifique). La limite DAS

fixée dans les directives internationales est de 2,0 W/kg*.
Lors des tests visant à déterminer le DAS, le téléphone est utilisé dans des

positions de fonctionnement standard et fonctionne à son niveau de puissance

certifié le plus élevé dans toutes les bandes de fréquences testées. Bien que

le taux d’absorption spécifique soit déterminé sur le niveau de puissance

certifié le plus élevé, le taux d’absorption spécifique réel du téléphone en

fonctionnement peut être largement inférieur à la valeur maximale. Cela est

dû au fait que le téléphone est conçu pour fonctionner à différents niveaux

de puissance de manière à n’utiliser que la puissance dont il a besoin pour

accéder au réseau. En principe, plus vous êtes proche d’une antenne relais,

plus la puissance de sortie est faible. Avant d’être commercialisé, tout modèle

de téléphone doit être soumis à des tests visant à garantir sa conformité à la

directive européenne R&TTE.
Cette directive impose le respect de règles strictes afin de garantir la sécurité

des utilisateurs et de l’ensemble de la population, et prévenir tout risque

sanitaire.La valeur DAS la plus élevée enregistrée pour ce modèle lors des

tests effectués afin de vérifier sa conformité aux normes définies pour une

utilisation au niveau de l’oreille est de 0.725 W/kg.
Cet appareil est conforme aux directives en matière d’exposition aux

fréquences radioélectriques lorsqu’il est utilisé soit dans sa position normale,

c.-à-d. au niveau de l’oreille, soit à une distance minimale de 1,5 cm du

corps.
Lorsqu’un étui, un clip ceinture ou un support est utilisé à des fins de

transport, il ne doit pas contenir de parties métalliques et doit garantir une

distance minimale de 1,5 cm entre le produit et le corps. Pour pouvoir

transmettre des fichiers de données ou des messages, cet appareil requiert

une connexion de qualité au réseau. Dans certains cas, la transmission de

fichiers de données ou de messages peut être retardée jusqu’à ce qu’une

Conditions d’utilisation pour réduire le niveau d’exposition du
consommateur aux rayonnements
Téléphonez dans de bonnes conditions de réception pour diminuer la quantité

de rayonnements. Pour ce faire, évitez de téléphoner dans les parking

souterrains, lors de déplacements en train ou en voiture.
Téléphonez quand le téléphone capte au mieux (affichage d’un maximum de

barettes de réception de réseau).
Utilisez un kit main libre tout en veillant à éloigner le téléphone du ventre pour

les femmes enceintes et des parties génitales pour les adolescents.
Précautions d’usage préconisées par notre constructeur
Évitez de téléphoner dans les parking souterrains, les ascenseurs, lors de

déplacements en train, en voiture ou dans un secteur mal couvert par le

réseau.
Les personnes porteuses d’implants électroniques (stimulateurs cardiaques...)

doivent conserver une distance de 15 centimètres entre le mobile et l’implant

et ne l’utiliser que du côté opposé au côté où celui-ci est situé.
Utilisez un kit piéton (oreillettes) le plus souvent possible, notamment en cas

d’usage fréquent ou prolongé du téléphone mobile.
Éloignez votre téléphone mobile du ventre chez les femmes enceintes ou du

bas du ventre chez les enfants et adolescents.
