MAIN MENU.

Press the cursor down button to select

DIGITAL MENU.

Once highlighted, accept selection.

In the DIGITAL MENU, PARENTAL LOCK will

be highlighted - accept selection.

For security reasons, Hitachi have installed a

Personal Identification Number (PIN) to

prevent certain programs being viewed.

This number is 1-2-3-4. Using the handset

buttons ‘0’ to ‘9’ enter this number.

In the DIGITAL LOCK menu press the 

cursor down button to select 

CHANGE DIGITAL PIN.

Once highlighted, accept selection.

You now have an opportunity to create your

own PIN. First enter your new PIN using the

handset buttons ’0’ to ‘9’.

If you lose your PIN please consult 

your Hitachi deale

To adjust the digital features and to view digital options in your TV’s menus, 

the TV must be in digital mode. This is achieved by pressing the 

digital button on your handset.
