h Copy

Copy pictures between the internal memory and a memory card.

Use the multi selector to select an option from 
the copy screen and press the 

k button.

• q: Copy pictures from internal memory to 

memory card.

• r: Copy pictures from memory card to internal 

memory.

Select a copy option and press the 

k button.

• Selected images:

Copy pictures selected from the 
picture selection screen (

A130).

• All images:

Copy all pictures.

• JPEG-, AVI-, and WAV-format files can be copied. Files recorded in any other format cannot be 

copied.

• If voice memos (

A80) are attached to pictures selected for copying, voice memos are copied with 

the pictures.

• Sound files recorded using voice recording (

A87) can be copied using the Copy sound files 

option (

A91).

• Pictures recorded with another make or model of camera or that have been modified on a 

computer cannot be copied.

• Edited copies have the same protection marking (

A132) as the original, but are not marked for 

printing (

A103).

• Hidden pictures (

A133) cannot be copied.

If there are no pictures stored on the memory card when playback mode is applied, the message, 
Memory contains no images., will be displayed. Press the 

d button to display the copy option 

screen, and copy the pictures stored in the camera’s internal memory to the memory card.
