Troubleshooting
Operating anomalies
If the green light on the communication card
remains off :

check that the card is correctly inserted in
the slot and that its cover is well screwed on,

check the power supply of the UPS or
MultiSlot,

remove and re-seat the card.
If the green light on the communication card
remains on more than 3 minutes :

If a communication fault is detected by

Cable replacement
If the communication cable is lost or
damaged, a cable wired as indicated in
