Irregularly shaped and colored areas appear on the prints.

Possible Cause

Possible Solution

Fingerprints or other oils have
contaminated the paper or ribbon.

Handle media and ribbon carefully.

Use only Kodak Ektatherm XLS XtraLife
color ribbon.
