7.  Read the the Microsoft license terms, and then click the 

I have read and accept the license terms check box to accept 

the Microsoft license terms and click the 

[Install] button. 

 

 

8.  After installation is complete, a computer restart may be required. In this case, close the installation wizard, restart the 

computer, and then repeat steps 2-4. 

9.  In the SQL Server setup screen, select 

Install Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 Express for a new SQL Server 

installation. For more information on Microsoft SQL Server products and their limitations, please consult Microsoft’s web 
site at 

http://www.microsoft.com/sqlserver
