CAUSE 

1. Power Supply:

Check input power 
connections at the 
terminal: 
* AC input wires  
  to  “ ac IN”.         
* DC input wires 
   to “ dc IN”. 
* Loose wires. 
 
If connected to  
“ dc IN”, the supply 
range is: 
12 – 24V dc. 
If connected to 
“ ac IN”, the supply 
range is: 
13.5 – 28V ac OR  
13.5 – 30V dc. 
Measure the voltage 
at the circuit board’s 
Input Power 
Connector.
