Selects a language for the display or audio (See p.38).

This function is for the blind, and provides explanatory audio describing the current situation in a

TV programme in addition to the basic audio.

This function allow users to choose between MHEG (Digital Teletext) and Teletext if both exist at

the same time.(See p.77 to 79)
