This section describes the commands you use to view and configure Routing Information 
Protocol (RIP), which is a distance-vector routing protocol that you use to route traffic within a 
small network. 

Use this command to enter Router RIP mode. 

This command resets the default administrative mode of RIP in the router (active). 

This command sets the administrative mode of RIP in the router to inactive.

This command enables RIP on a router interface or range of interfaces.

This command disables RIP on a router interface.
