BRITA MAXTRA water
filter system
In models equipped with a water filter
system, only BRITA MAXTRA water
filter cartridges may be used.
BRITAMAXTRAcartridgescanbe
purchasedfromretailersordirectlyfrom
BoschCustomerService.(Seetheback
pagesoftheseinstructionsforcontact
information).
Theappliancecanbeusedwithorwithout
afiltercartridge.
Keepinmindthatyouwillenjoythebene-
fitsofBRITAfiltrationonlyifaMAXTRA
filtercartridgeisinstalledintheappliance.
Teaandcoffeealsohavemorearoma
whenpreparedwithfresh,BRITA-filtered
water.
Tousethemachinewithoutafilter,simply
removethefilterholderandthefilter
cartridgeandadjustthemachinesettings
accordingly.
Important:TheFilterYes/Nosetting
controlsthefilterreplacementindicator.
