Parameter

Description

uuid

The unique identifier of the record.

src_alias

The origin point of the call.

dest_ alias

The destination point of the call

protocol

The protocol that was used for the call (SIP, H323 etc).

Limitations

The call history is only stored locally for seven days and deleted automatically.

CDR reporting is best effort and cannot be relied upon for accurate billing purposes.
