7. Engage the plastic rear cover
back on the top of the stem.
8. Connect the other end of the VGA cable to your computer’s
VGA port.
9. Plug the power cord’s female end into the AC adapter, and
plug the male end into a wall outlet or power source.
10. Turn on your computer, and then turn on your LCD monitor.
Note: For added protection, the use of a Surge Protection
device is recommended. The Surge Protection device should be
installed between the AC Adapter and the electrical wall outlet to
prevent the effects of sudden current variations from reaching
and damaging the LCD monitor.
