Open the bin containing the existing se-
quence.

Drag the sequence from the bin to the Record
Monitor. The sequence appears in the Timeline
below the Source and Record Monitors. (If the

Drag the desired clip from the bin to the
Source Monitor.

Under the Source Monitor, use the controls to
set the In and Out points marking the portion of
the clip that you want to edit into the existing

In the Timeline, ensure that the Source Track
Enable buttons are properly aligned with the
Timeline Track Enable buttons.
